Who is You.InControl

You.InControl is a trading name of Encore Construction Services Pty Ltd (ECS Pty Ltd), ABN 74 098 982 195, based in Canberra, Australia. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that entity.

Where we ship

We ship Australia-wide - every state and territory, metropolitan and regional addresses.

We don't currently ship outside Australia through the online shop. If you're overseas and want to order, call us on 0408 026 905 and we'll quote international shipping case by case.

Who delivers it

Orders are sent via Australia Post, tracked. We'll email you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

How long it takes

Most orders dispatched within one business day of payment. Australia Post delivery is typically 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote and regional addresses may take longer.

We can't guarantee a specific delivery date - once it's with Australia Post, it's in their hands.

Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. You'll see the total before you pay.

Order tracking

You'll receive an email when your order is dispatched, with a tracking link. You can follow the parcel on the Australia Post website using the tracking number.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email enquiries@youincontrol.net within 14 days of the dispatch date and we'll sort it out.
