Who is You.InControl

You.InControl is a trading name of Encore Construction Services Pty Ltd (ECS Pty Ltd), ABN 74 098 982 195, based in Canberra, Australia. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that entity.

Change-of-mind returns

Changed your mind? You can return any product within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.

To qualify:

• The product must not have been installed.
• It must be returned in its original condition and packaging, complete with all accessories.
• You'll need to email enquiries@youincontrol.net first so we can authorise the return.
• You pay the return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service - items lost in transit can't be refunded.

Once we've received and inspected the goods, the refund will be processed within five business days.

How to start a return

1. Email enquiries@youincontrol.net or call 0408 026 905.
2. Tell us your order number and which product you're returning.
3. We'll respond within two business days with the postal address and any other instructions.

Don't send anything back without contacting us first - returns received without prior authorisation may be delayed or declined.

Faulty or defective products

If a product is faulty or doesn't work as it should, that's covered by our warranty, not the change-of-mind returns policy. See the Warranty page for the full warranty terms and how to make a claim.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our 14-day change-of-mind window is in addition to these rights - not a replacement for them.
